Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in creating custom-made products designed specifically for you. Because each order is made to your specifications, all sales of custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are final. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom and personalized products

  • Items made to your specific design, size, color, or engraving

  • Sale or clearance custom items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@finemarkengraving.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, production begins, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure all customization details (spelling, colors, sizes, design approval) are correct at the time of order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for customer errors.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
